That's exactly what it means. Once
the computer has been placed in it's final location, we
will attach it to the network and get it configured for
the user.
PGN technologies has close relationships
with network cabling firms, and can get high
quality installations done in much shorter time
than our clients contracting the work themselves.
But we do outsource that work.
We are technical experts in
general-purpose operating systems and in mass-market
applications like office applications, SQL servers and
e-mail servers. For industry specific applications, we
will support them if the customer maintains a support
contract with the original vendor that gives us a place
to go with specific questions and a channel for
receiving patches and updates. Without a support
contract, we are unable to support niche applications.
We have specific expertise in Windows
and Linux ,while 90% of our work is performed
in Windows, we don't concentrate on that platform
to the exclusion of others. 100% of our own
services are deployed on UNIX, while 80% of
our clients are deployed on Windows. More to
the point, we don't form exclusive relationships
with any vendors, hardware or software, so that
you can trust our independence.
Yes. PGN Technologies is a Value Added
Reseller (Product
Procurement) for any product. PGN
Technologies serves as a single point-of-contact
for all of our clients’ IT hardware and software
needs, greatly simplifying the complexities
involved in IT asset acquisition, configuration,
and deployment. We assemble the right team of
product providers for each client’s unique needs,
stage each product rollout to conform with required
time frames, and integrate every aspect of each
solution.
